When you commission a portrait, request a free preview, create an account, or place an order, we collect: your email address; the photographs you upload; details about the people and pets in your commission (names, relationships, and similar); your shipping address and order details if you purchase a physical print; and basic usage information about how you interact with the site.

Your Photographs

Reference photographs you upload are stored privately and are never made public, sold, or shared with anyone other than the service providers necessary to produce your commission (see below). We do not use your photographs for marketing or to train AI models unless you separately and explicitly opt in — for example, by agreeing to feature your finished artwork in a review.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and fulfill your commission, process payment, ship physical orders, communicate with you about your order and proofs, and — only if you opt in — send occasional marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service Providers

Producing your commission requires sharing limited information with the specific vendors that provide payment processing, AI portrait generation, print fulfillment, and email delivery. These providers only receive what's necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services above. To request deletion of your account, photographs, or other personal information, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Photographs of children may appear in a commissioned family portrait uploaded by a parent or guardian, consistent with the purpose of this service.
